Bitter Irony: San Francisco, Los Angeles, San Jose have the Worst Roads in America, Worse even than Detroit

Why would anyone want to endure all the trevails and problems of living in this state?

The top three cities are in CA,,,,just ahead of Detroit.  How pathetic is thsat?
