By 2020, the shale revolution will have amassed an army of almost one million Texas workers soldiering in the unconventional oil and gas plays, according to a report by IHS Global Insight.
“America’s New Energy Future: The Unconventional Oil and Gas Revolution and the U.S. Economy — Volume 2: State Economic Contributions” examines the impact of shale on a state-by-state basis.
In 2012, there were 576,000 jobs in Texas linked to shale activity, the report said. By the end of the decade, that number is expected to be 930,000.

But we know that everyone in CA is completely against this happening in their state. How do I know that? Because they all voted for Democrats and are slowly squeezing the GOP out. By winning, DEmocrats lose.
