Getting rid of the EPA would reduce climate change by 15%

That is my assessment.  What is it based on?  Why, nothing, of course.  But what is the basis for the EPA's assessment of pumpkins causing global warming based on?  Probably the same whimsical thoughts mine is.

Most of the 1.3 billion pounds of pumpkins produced in the U.S. end up in the trash, says the Energy Department’s website, becoming part of the “more than 254 million tons of municipal solid waste (MSW) produced in the United States every year.”

So, we'll see them complain about Christmas trees next, right?  And then when Easter rolls around, the EPA will complain about all the hard boiled eggs.

You do realize what this "announcement" is for, right?  The purpose of the declaration WILL LEAD TO LIMITS on pumpkin production and usage.

In the meantime, we bought a pumpkin. And we plan to eat it.  Here is the recipe I found that is great!  It's a Pumpkin Pot.
