California's Solar Plague

Valley Fever?  Looks like maybe all the dust that's getting kicked up is making the workers sick.  The author of the article says this at the end:

Democratic legislators and environmentalists in California are demanding a moratorium on fracking pending further study of its health and environmental impacts. Evidence now suggests that construction of large-scale solar plants is making workers sick. Where are the protests?
